Making a payment is easy.  All you need to do is call in or email in to request a payment link.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and as soon as you've paid it will appear in your account within 1 working day.

Please note if you're waiting for an account suspension being lifted following payment, this can take up to an hour after making a payment. 

To prevent any delays or future manual payments we recommend setting up a direct debit on your account, you can do this via your account portal.  Click here access the portal.   https://portal.be-fibre.co.uk/ 

 

Why should I use Direct Debit?

  • They're a quick and convenient way to pay your bill. 
  • They're covered by the Direct Debit guarantee, which protects against payments made in error or fraudulently.   
  • Payments are automatically taken from your bank in a safe an secure manner so you do not need to worry about missing a monthly payment. 
  • You won't incur late fees or service suspensions for missed payments 
  • Once you've set it up we can also arrange for payments to be taken on a date that suits you to help you budget
