Returning your equipment

We'd hope you wouldn't need to, but, if you do need to return your equipment then please do so following the steps below. 

 

  • As soon as your service ends, please return your BeFibre equipment (Routers, Mesh, BeTalk adaptor) within 30 days of closing the account using the packaging we will send you on notification of closure.
     
  • Please note there is a charge for the items if they are not returned to us within 30 days of account closure, We do advise you keep a copy of the tracking number / receipt of postage for reference.
     
  • In the unlikely event you do not receive a return package please contact our team so this can be sent directly.
