Your service is chargeable form the day we install you. As soon as you're active your BeFibre billing journey begins. 

 

Your first bill

After your activation, on the next working day we'll send your first bill via email. Like most companies we we bill you a month in advance. 

 

Your first payment

We'll take you first payment via DD 10 working days after we invoice you. This will be the date we take your payment each month. If your payment date falls on a weekend the payment will be taken the next working day. 

 

Your bill

Your bill will have 2 parts- an invoice and a summary section.

The invoice is the first page and states any charges brought forward from previous periods and total amount payable. It also includes details on how to contact us should you need any help. 

 

 

The summary is the full breakdown of charges and includes your package details.
