Your new BeFibre Bill

Your bill will look a little different from this month (Feb). It’s nothing to worry about, we’ve just changed billing systems. 

All the same information is there, just in a different layout. 

Things that are different:- 

New reference number: You’ll notice a different style of invoice number; please use this if you contact us about this bill. 
 

We now include a due date which shows when the payment is due, helping you to see when it will be taken 
 

A breakdown of your charges can now be found on the second page. 

Please be aware that your BeTalk itemised breakdown will be delivered separately for now, but the total amount of your line rental and any chargeable calls is included in this invoice
